Relevance in Evidence Law

Relevance Do not forget the Golden rule of Evidence Law. All relevant evidence presented in a case will be admissible unless a specific rule excludes the evidence or limits its admissibility of evidence in the case. Rule 401: Evidence is relevant if it has any tendency to make more or less probable the existence of a fact that is of consequence to the action. You can find great deal of resources for Bar Review course at great prices on Ebay for Evidence Law.
