Relevance
Do not forget the Golden rule of Evidence Law. All relevant evidence presented in a case will be admissible unless a specific rule excludes the evidence or limits its admissibility of evidence in the case.
Rule 401: Evidence is relevant if it has any tendency to make more or less probable the existence of a fact that is of consequence to the action.
