When an evidence will be included or excluded for liability insurance.
Evidence that shows that a person did had the insurance or did not had the liability insurance is not admissible to that person acted negligently or otherwise wrongfully. It should be noted that the evidence may be used to prove the ownership or control. It may also be used to show bias or prejudice.
